Yucheng Hu
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Yucheng Hu has been President and Chief Executive Officer since September 30, 2021, and a director since October 1, 2021. Mr. Hu is the founder of Chengdu Quleduo Technology Co., Ltd., and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2011.
Mr. Hu is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the internet industry. He established the Xiyou online mobile game platform, a popular online gaming platform in China, and has formed various software programming studios, including the Mengqu studio, developing mini-programs for social media applications such as a “click-and-play” application for instant online game access.
Mr. Hu brings a wealth of management experience to the Board, including several executive positions within the internet and online gaming industry.
Board note: On October 27, 2025, Mr. Hu notified the Board of his decision to step down as Chairman of the Board, while continuing to serve as an executive director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is also the sole member of the Board’s Executive Committee.
Jie Ma
Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary
Ms. Jie Ma has served as Head of Finance of Mega Matrix Inc. since December 2023. Prior to that, she was a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Shenzhen from October 2018 to May 2023.
Ms. Ma has extensive experience in financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, internal controls, and SEC financial reporting. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Administration in Accounting from Shenzhen University in China.
The Company believes that Ms. Ma’s extensive experience in listed company financial management, cross-border compliance, capital operations and audit, as well as her professional qualifications, make her qualified to hold the position.
Appointment note: On December 23, 2025 (Singapore time), Ms. Qin (Carol) Wang notified the Board of her resignation as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary, effective immediately. Her resignation was not due to a disagreement with the Company, its operations, policies or practices, but due to personal matters. On the same day, the Board appointed Ms. Ma, then the Company’s head of finance, to serve in those offices, effective immediately.
